About me
Meet your mindfulness coach and partner…
My name is Sonja Martin, and I’ve been a mindfulness coach for over 7 years now.
I used to suffer from anxiety, depression, and insomnia so bad there were nights where I didn’t sleep at all. All my doctors wanted to do were prescribe antidepressants and sleeping pills. But I knew there had to be a better way.
After trying many things, I found success with yoga, meditation and mindfulness. All three practices combined to help me create a powerful sense of physical, mental and emotional well-being.
But mindfulness was the key to achieving the awareness and perspective I needed in order to create true healing and transformation.
Instead of sleepless nights, constant worries and fears, I am now living a life of joy and bliss. A life that makes my soul sing!
It has become my passion to help other women – especially busy working mums trying desperately to keep it all together – achieve their bliss too. Let me show you how…
